FRINGEMK again works with Serbian experimental film-makers 'Doplgenger' to create an international online cinema, avant-garde film, performance and media archive. This digital platform will establish itself as a server and website in September 2010 and during October and November will tour, giving film screenings and presentations in the UK, to promote the 'Transimage' Cinema. In December, we will put out a 'call for films' for the first FRINGEMK Transimage Film Festival which will run in late summer 2011 as part of the 2011 Film Festival.

The idea is to create a digital 'stage', archive and forum, initially collaborating with known artists, companies and festivals, but then allowing the expansion of the online work into the real world, holding screenings, symposia and conferences internationally as well as an annual film festival.

FRINGEMK 'Transimage' will link directly from the FRINGEMK website, Facebook and YouTube sites. It will enable people to submit their films to an international forum as part of an 'Online Cinema'.
