FRINGEMK 2009 provides the vast public audiences who visit Milton Keynes with the opportunity to experience and participate in the work of national and international artists throughout the festival period. Additionally, our aim is to provide a platform for other artists and arts organisations to programme their own projects thereby generating a large-scale animation of our city centre.
